Met with Brent, the liability claims representative from Farmers Insurance this morning. We went through the accident and he took some pictures of the bike and my bruises. We settled the injury claim and now I've got to get a repair estimate for the damage done to the bike.
Allan, Dan and Peter then picked me up and todays ride went to Sonoita, up on the plains near Mexico. It was unusually chilly this morning and we all waited for the long climb, to produce some wattage and heat. I soon found out that I had a sore knee, so I decided to slow down and let the others go. So I ended up doing most of the 175 km by myself, which was fine, considering the beautiful scenery.
